Nothing makes me happier than helping fellow female athletes optimize their health to prevent injury so they can stay active and enjoy playing their sport again.

Based in Vancouver🇨🇦, I run an in-person coaching practice where I help clients overcome joint pain by working mainly on movement mechanics so they can move more efficiently. I love showing them how small shifts in the way they move and train can yield significant and long-lasting changes—allowing them to stay as active as they want. As a seasoned athlete myself, I’m passionate about helping women thrive in their sport without pain, ensuring they can enjoy the game they love in as healthy a state as possible.
As I move into the online space, I'm devoted to helping female athletes pass their peak continue their journey as smoothly as possible, pain-free, and with joy!

The sports science field has advanced greatly in the last 10-20 years, and you deserve to be up to date. There's no need to be an expert for all (leave that to the experts).
